A full-length 36 inch roller moulded from closed-cell EVA at 45 kg/m³ — medium-firm, which is the density most people can actually stay on for ten minutes. Long enough to lie along, so a thoracic pass does not require you to keep repositioning the roller under your spine.
There is no core in this one. It is solid foam through the middle, which is heavier than a hollow roller of the same size and is why it does not skate across a wood floor when you put weight on the end of it.

Care
- Wipe down with a damp cloth and a little mild soap after use.
- Air dry before it goes back in a bag. Closed-cell foam does not absorb, but a wet surface still grows a smell.
- Store out of direct sun. UV is what turns moulded foam chalky.

- Medium-firm. If you have used a roller for years and want something that bites, the Deep Roller 18 is the firmer option.
