Before you order

Measure, do not guess

Compression is sized by circumference, not by shoe size and not by how tall you are. Take the measurement with a tape, standing, over bare skin, in the afternoon — a calf is measurably bigger at 4pm than it is at 8am, and that is the size you will be wearing it at.

Read this first

Opened skin-contact items are final sale

Compression sleeves, compression socks, ankle and wrist supports and every hot-and-cold pack and wrap are worn against the skin. Once the sealed bag is opened we cannot take them back for a change of mind — that is a hygiene rule and it applies however briefly something was tried on. Sealed and unused they return like anything else inside the 30-day window, and anything faulty is replaced or refunded in full whether the bag is open or not.

So measure before you open one. If you are between two sizes, email support@spartanrecoveryco.com with the measurement and we will tell you which to order.

Method

Where to put the tape

01

Calf

The widest point of the calf, standing, weight even on both feet. That figure picks the Calf Sleeve size and, with your shoe size, the Compression Sock size.

02

Knee

Four inches above the middle of the kneecap, leg straight and relaxed. Between two sizes on a knee sleeve, take the smaller — it is meant to be snug.

03

Elbow

Three inches above the point of the elbow, arm straight. This knit relaxes about a quarter inch in the first week, so size down if you are on a boundary.

04

Ankle and wrist

Around the ankle bone for the Ankle Support. The Wrist Wrap is sized by wrap length rather than by wrist — more length is more turns and a firmer fit.

What the resistances are

Before you use any of it

Everything here is general fitness equipment. It is not a medical device, it is not a brace, and nothing on this site is medical advice or a treatment for any condition.

If you are pregnant, post-surgical, or returning from an injury, clear new work with your own clinician first. A compression garment should never be worn to sleep, and should come off immediately if a limb tingles, goes cold or changes colour.

Stay inside the published rating on every product. The boards and the parallettes are not rated for jumping or landing; that is stated on the product pages and it is not a defect.

Still between two sizes? Send us the measurement and we will tell you which one to order. It costs you an email and it saves a return we would not be able to accept.
