About
The cool-down is part of the session
Recovery equipment is mostly sold on colour and on adjectives. A roller described as “firm”, a band described as “heavy”, a sleeve sized S to L with no measurement attached. All of it priced as though the specification did not matter because the object is cheap.

What we actually changed
The specification, and only the specification. Everything in this catalogue is a known category of object — foam rollers have existed for decades and we did not reinvent one. What we did was publish the number that decides whether you will use it: the density of the foam, the resistance of the band at a stated stretch, the circumference a sleeve actually fits.
That turns out to change what gets bought. Somebody who reads that the Deep Roller 18 is extra-firm 75 kg/m³ over a rigid core, and who has never used a roller, buys the medium-firm one instead — and keeps it. An adjective would have sold the wrong roller and taken a return four weeks later.
The same logic runs through the range. Cork on the top roller because cork grips harder as your hands get damp. Woven loops alongside the latex ones because latex rolls up a bare thigh and because some people cannot use latex at all. Birch ply on the boards because ply stays flat under load where solid timber cups.
None of it makes a session better on its own. It makes the object one you keep out on the floor rather than one that ends up in a cupboard, which is the only reason equipment at home gets used.
What we publish, and why
Every one of the 38 products carries the same record: materials, measured dimensions, weight or rating, finish, origin, care, and a block of cautions.
The density, not the adjective
45, 55, 60 and 75 kilograms per cubic metre, stated on the page. Cork where cork is firmer than any of them. You can compare that against a roller you have already used; you cannot compare “firm”.
Resistance at a stated stretch
A band rated at 30 lb is rated at 30 lb at 1.5× its flat length, and the page says so. A resistance quoted with no stretch attached is a number that means nothing and every band in this catalogue would otherwise have one.
The circumference a size fits
Compression is sized by a tape measure, not by a shoe size. Every sleeve and sock publishes the band it fits in inches and centimetres, and the Fit page gathers all of them in one table.
The cautions, including the ones that lose us the sale
Latex content on four products. Two-minute limits on a floss band. Twenty-minute limits on a gel pack, and the microwave seconds. Boards not rated for jumping. Somebody who reads that and buys something else is a customer we keep.
What we will not tell you
This is training equipment. It is not a medical device and it is not a brace. We do not claim that any product here treats, prevents, cures or rehabilitates any condition or injury, because we are not in a position to know that and neither is anybody else selling you a foam roller.
We will not tell you what rolling will do for your soreness, your posture or your training. Those are questions for a clinician who has met you. If you are pregnant, post-surgical, or returning from an injury, please talk to yours before you start, and work with a qualified coach on anything you have not been taught.
There are no reviews on this site and no ratings. The domain is new and we are not going to manufacture a history it does not have. When there are real ones from real customers, they will appear with names attached and you will be able to tell the difference.
And there is no subscription. No membership, no coaching package, no auto-replenishment, no recurring charge of any kind. You buy an object, once, and we send it to you.
