Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return anything in it, for any reason, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

Unused means what it sounds like. A roller that has been used on a floor is not returnable under the change-of-mind window; a roller taken out of the box, handled, and put back is. We publish the density, the measured size and the weight of everything precisely so that decision can be made before the box is opened.

Compression sleeves, compression socks, ankle and wrist supports, and every hot-and-cold pack and wrap are worn against the skin. Once the sealed bag is opened, those items cannot be returned for a change of mind. That is a hygiene rule and it applies no matter how briefly something was tried on.

Sealed and unused, they return like anything else inside the window. Check the size on the Fit page before you open the bag — it lists the measured circumference each size fits, and we would rather answer a sizing email than take a return we cannot accept.

This does not affect anything faulty. An item that arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered is replaced or refunded in full whether the bag is open or not.

We send a prepaid shipping label. Print it, put the item back in the box it came in, and drop it off — that costs you nothing. Returns come to us at 382 W Fir Loop, Washougal, WA 98671, United States; please do not send anything back before we have authorised it, because an unannounced parcel has no order attached to it.

Nothing. Returns are free, there is no restocking fee on anything in this catalogue, and nothing is deducted from the refund.

If the item arrived damaged, arrived faulty, or is not what you ordered, you are refunded in full including the outbound shipping.

Photograph it as soon as you open it and email us within 48 hours of delivery. A gel pack in particular can take a knock in transit, and a pack with a swollen seam should never be used.

Carrier damage is our problem to solve, not yours to argue. We replace the item or refund you in full, and we deal with the carrier.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. We cannot send a refund to a different card or to a bank account.

We issue the refund within 5 business days of the return arriving with us. Your bank then takes its own time — typically a further 3–5 business days — before it appears on a statement.

The refund shows on your statement under SPARTAN, the same line as the original charge.

Orders placed before 1:00pm PT on a business day leave the same day, so that window can be short. We will always tell you where the order actually is rather than quoting the policy at you.

Rollers, massage tools, blocks, boards and parallettes carry a three-year warranty against manufacturing defect and against a core, hinge, bolt or bearing failing in normal use.

Mats, balance pads, gel packs and strapped wraps carry a two-year warranty. A gel pack that splits at a seam in normal use is a defect; one that was punctured is not.

Bands, loops, straps, sleeves and socks are consumable and are covered for 90 days against manufacturing defect. A latex band that has perished with age is not a defect; a band that arrived with a nick in the edge is.

The warranty covers the original purchaser and does not cover commercial gym use, modification, or damage from using a product outside its published rating.
