A one-piece S-hook with six moulded knobs, for reaching the back of a shoulder or the top of a trapezius without asking anybody for help. The hook shape is what gives you leverage — you pull, rather than pressing, so the pressure comes from your arms and not from an awkward angle.
Glass-filled nylon rather than plain nylon, which is why the arm does not flex when you load it. It comes apart into two pieces for a bag.
