Eighteen inches of woven elastic with a thumb loop and a wide hook-and-loop tab, for a close wrist fit under a press. The thumb loop is what makes a wrap repeatable — it anchors the first turn so the tension is the same every time.
Sized by wrap length rather than by wrist: the same wrist takes a different number of turns depending on how firm you want it. S through XL are 14, 18, 24 and 30 inches.

Care
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out, in a mesh bag.
- Line dry. Heat is what kills spandex, and a tumble dryer kills it fastest.
- No fabric softener and no bleach — softener coats the silicone grip band.
