A low-profile knit sleeve with an integrated figure-8 strap that crosses under the arch, so the fit can be tightened after the sleeve is on. Thin enough to go inside a training shoe without changing how it laces.
Sized by the circumference around the ankle bone. The strap gives about an inch of adjustment either way once you are wearing it.

Care
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out, in a mesh bag.
- Line dry. Heat is what kills spandex, and a tumble dryer kills it fastest.
- No fabric softener and no bleach — softener coats the silicone grip band.

- Not a brace. It does not stabilise an ankle and it is not a substitute for one.
- Do not strap it tight enough to restrict the foot. Take it off if toes tingle or go cold.
