A contoured cap that sits over the deltoid with a strap that goes around the chest, because a shoulder is the one place a wrap cannot stay on by tension alone. Fits either side — the cap is symmetrical and the strap reverses.
The gel insert slides out for the freezer or the microwave and the shell washes on its own. The largest wrap in the range and the one that takes the most gel.

Care
- Remove the insert before washing. Machine wash the shell cold in a mesh bag, line dry.
- Wipe the shell with a damp cloth. Do not submerge it and never put it in a dishwasher.
- Freeze it flat in its sleeve so it sets to the shape it is used in.
- Retire it if the shell splits or a seam swells. Do not use a pack that is leaking.
