A contoured neoprene-free wrap with two elastic straps and a gel insert that slides out, so the shell washes and the gel goes in the freezer. Contoured means it sits around a kneecap rather than across it, which is the difference between a wrap that stays put and one that slides down a shin.
The insert is the same gel as the packs and works cold or warm. A spare insert is the Gel Pack Small Pair if you want one always ready.

Care
- Remove the insert before washing. Machine wash the shell cold in a mesh bag, line dry.
- Wipe the shell with a damp cloth. Do not submerge it and never put it in a dishwasher.
- Freeze it flat in its sleeve so it sets to the shape it is used in.
- Retire it if the shell splits or a seam swells. Do not use a pack that is leaking.
