A weighted flaxseed wrap shaped to sit across the neck and both shoulders, in a washable cotton cover. Warm only — flaxseed holds heat far longer than gel does, which is why this is the one people reach for at the end of a day rather than after a session.
The weight is deliberate. Two and a half pounds is enough that the wrap stays where you put it when you lean forward.

Care
- Machine wash the cover cold, line dry. The flaxseed inner never gets washed or wet.
- Store dry. A damp flaxseed inner will spoil and must be thrown away.

- Warm use only. Do not freeze it — flaxseed does not hold cold usefully and moisture in the fill will ruin it.
- Do not exceed 90 seconds in a microwave, and never heat it twice in a row. Let it cool fully first.
- Not for use while sleeping, and not for anyone who cannot feel temperature normally.
- General fitness equipment, not a medical device. Nothing here treats or rehabilitates a condition.
