A figure-8 wrap that crosses under the arch and around the ankle, with a gel insert shaped to sit either side of the joint rather than on top of it. Fits either foot.
It goes on over a sock and stays on while you sit. It is not meant to be walked in — the wrap moves as soon as the foot loads.

Care
- Remove the insert before washing. Machine wash the shell cold in a mesh bag, line dry.
- Wipe the shell with a damp cloth. Do not submerge it and never put it in a dishwasher.
- Freeze it flat in its sleeve so it sets to the shape it is used in.
- Retire it if the shell splits or a seam swells. Do not use a pack that is leaking.
