Two seven-foot latex bands at a uniform 1.0 mm, used wrapped around a calf or a forearm during a short range-of-motion drill and then taken straight off. Uniform thickness is what makes the wrap even; a tapered band bunches.
Two minutes is the working limit on a wrap and the band should never be wrapped tight enough to change how a limb looks or feels. If in doubt, it is too tight — take it off.

- Rinse and air dry after use on a gritty floor. Grit is what starts a tear.
- Store flat, out of sunlight, and never left stretched over a hook.
- Dust with a little cornflour if the surface goes tacky with age.

- Two minutes maximum per wrap, and never tight. Remove it immediately if the limb tingles, changes colour or goes numb.
- Never wrap over a joint, over broken skin, or on anyone who cannot tell you how it feels.
