A thick closed-cell EVA pad for single-leg work, kneeling and any drill that gets easier the moment the floor stops being flat. Two and a half inches deep, which is enough to be genuinely unstable without being a wobble cushion.
Closed-cell foam does not absorb sweat and wipes clean, which is the difference between this and an open-cell pad that goes grey in a season.

Care
- Wipe down with a damp cloth and a little mild soap after use.
- Air dry before it goes back in a bag. Closed-cell foam does not absorb, but a wet surface still grows a smell.
- Store out of direct sun. UV is what turns moulded foam chalky.
